Payment

In no event shall Hackflow.studio be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hackflow.studio, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of our services at any time, with or without notice to you.

Payment via Stripe

Hackflow.studio uses Stripe as a payment solution for clients who wish to pay for our services. By using Stripe, clients can make payments using a variety of methods, including credit and debit cards. All transactions processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. Hackflow.studio is not responsible for any errors or issues that may arise from the use of Stripe. Clients are responsible for any fees charged by Stripe in connection with the processing of payments.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Confidentiality

All information provided by you to Hackflow.studio, including but not limited to any information regarding your business, clients, and any other confidential or proprietary information, shall be considered confidential and shall not be disclosed by Hackflow.studio to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law. Additionally, Hackflow.studio shall not use any such information for any purpose other than in connection with providing our services to you. This confidentiality obligation shall survive termination of our engagement and these terms of service.

Anonymous Projects and Secret Partnerships

Hackflow.studio may offer anonymous or secret partnership projects to certain clients. These projects are designed to protect the confidentiality of our clients and the proprietary nature of the work being done. As part of these projects, we may be required to sign non-disclosure agreements and other confidentiality agreements. We will not disclose the identity of our clients or the nature of the work being done as part of these projects without the express written consent of our client.

Unlimited Service and No Engagement Solution

Hackflow.studio offers an unlimited service option for clients who require ongoing support and maintenance. This service includes an agreed upon set of services and is billed on a monthly basis. This service is subject to a minimum engagement period of 2 weeks. Clients may cancel the unlimited service at any time by providing written notice to Hackflow.studio. In the event of cancellation, clients will be billed for the services rendered up to the date of cancellation.
